Fray Jorge National Park

The northernmost remnant of the Valdivian Rain Forest (Selva Valdiviana)  that survives due to the condensation of the Camanchaca or coastal fog, which enables rainfall that exceeds and annual rate of 250 millilitres. This is a National Protected Area located at a 30-minute drive from the Hacienda.

Valle del Encanto (Enchanted Valley)

What used to be a pre-Hispanic settlement, house to cultures such as the Molles, is nowadays an archaeological site where petroglyphs and pictographs can still be observed. This Valley, located at a 30-minute drive from the Hacienda, is a must-see in the Coquimbo Region.

Tongoy Beach

A popular vacation spot of Chile’s Coquimbo Region, where you will find one of the best beaches in the country. Also famous for its gastronomy based on seafood, Tongoy is a must-see destination for tourists seeking for a nice day at the beach with fabulous food. This town is located at a 25-minute drive from the Hacienda.

Pichasca National Monument

Located in the beautiful Río Hurtado Valley, it used to be a pre-Hispanic settlement where pictographs and cave-paintings can still be found, and there is the possibility of local fauna sighting.
