Hacienda Santa Cristina

“A Homecoming to Nature

Our History

Hacienda Santa Cristina is an old manor house built in the year 1938, in a prime location within the Limarí Valley, in the Northern Region of Coquimbo, characterized by its geography full of tiny valleys, nice weather and excellent gastronomy. It has an area of approximately 16 hectares, filled with fruit plantations and a variety of native flora such as Quillayes, Litre, Molles and Algarrobos.

Paulina Gálvez, a recognised businesswoman of the gastronomic and hospitality trade in the Coquimbo Region, decided along with her family- longstanding owners of the estate- to design and build the first boutique hotel in the area. This is how the Limarí Valley saw the birth of Hacienda Santa Cristina Boutique Hotel, during the year 2007.

We are a family business, who, along with our team, are always pursuing to provide the best personalized attention and a service of premium quality. In doing so, we seek for our guests to live a true holiday experience of fun, culture, relaxation and resting, in this Northern Oasis.

Our Restaurant’s Menu and Specialities were designed by Paulina Gálvez, owner of the Hacienda and recognized businesswoman in the Region. It has a wide variety of dishes, being our speciality those with local and distinctive products, and a cellar with wines exclusive of the Limarí Valley.

Paulina and her family have long worked together with their team in order to provide the best possible service and premium attention in the restaurant. And they have been so successful in doing so, that the Hacienda has been recognized as one of the top culinary destinations of the Region.
